Travel should feel effortless - and so should trusting your gear. All LOST luggage comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty, giving you peace of mind from your first departure to your next dozen adventures.
What’s Covered
Our 1-year manufacturer warranty protects your luggage against:
- Manufacturer defects
- Breakage caused by workmanship or materials
If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we’ll make it right.
What’s Not Covered
Some wear is part of the journey. The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Cosmetic or aesthetic damage (scratches, dents, scuffs, discoloration, or normal wear and tear)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Previously owned, secondhand, or resold luggage
- Damage that does not stem from a manufacturer defect
How to Start a Warranty Claim
If you believe your luggage has a manufacturer defect, reach out to us at hello@wearelost.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the damage
Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
Our Warranty Promise
We’re committed to keeping you moving with confidence. That said, we reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the warranty conditions. Claims must clearly show a manufacturer defect or eligible breakage for coverage.
