We want you to wander comfortably. If your purchase isn’t the perfect travel companion, we offer free returns and exchanges on unused items within 21 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To ensure we can process your return quickly and smoothly, items must meet the following criteria:
Unused condition: Products must be in brand-new, unused condition.
Original packaging: Please keep all original packaging, as it is required for any return or exchange.
Clean wheels: Suitcases must have clean, unused wheels.
Default lock setting: Keep your suitcase lock set to 0-0-0 until you’re sure you’d like to keep it.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
